Who we are

Lime Bundles is a Shopify app that lets merchants create product bundles for their stores. This policy explains what data the app collects when you install it, how that data is used, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, contact us at support@lime-bundles.com.

Information we collect

When you install Lime Bundles, we collect and store the following information about your store:

• Store information: your store domain and the access credentials Shopify issues to the app so it can operate on your behalf.
• App data: the bundles you create, their settings, and your plan and billing status with the app.
• Bundle performance data: aggregate events such as bundle views, add to carts, and purchases. Purchase events include the order identifier and order value so the app can report bundle sales. We do not store customer names, email addresses, shipping addresses, or payment details.

The app reads product, inventory, and related catalog information from your store through Shopify’s APIs to keep bundles accurate, but this catalog data stays in your store and is not copied into a profile about you.

How we use information

• To provide the app’s features and keep bundles in sync with your catalog.
• To show you analytics about how your bundles perform.
• To operate billing through Shopify’s billing system.
• To respond when you contact support.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for marketing to your customers.

Where data is stored

Lime Bundles runs on trusted infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel (application hosting), Neon (database hosting), and Upstash (request rate limiting). Each provider is bound by its own security and privacy commitments, and data is encrypted in transit.

Data retention and deletion

• When you uninstall the app, your store’s data is removed in line with Shopify’s data removal requirements.
• Bundle performance events for a deleted bundle are kept for up to 90 days for historical reporting, then removed.
• We honor Shopify’s mandatory privacy webhooks. Customer data requests and customer redaction requests are processed automatically; because we do not store customer personal information, there is normally nothing to return or erase. Store redaction requests remove the store’s remaining data on Shopify’s schedule.

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email support@lime-bundles.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
